This review is about the culture of Pugh Concrete Co. I’m a product vendor for the concrete industry and I went onsite to do a demo for them. They probably get visits from vendors all the time but they welcomed me in, in the warmest kind of way, and it really shocked me. I thought kindness and hospitality like that died 20 years ago, but beyond being respectful and polite to me on my first visit there, they even fed me lunch as they cook lunch daily for their employees.
