Awesome staff, Dani is amazing, medical staff are great at their respective roles. When others rejected, they accepted. Shouler and spinal issues through L&I and they helped navigate multiple hurdles and issues. If yall are lookin for some help these guys are pretty good
I have been using Puget Sound for almost 4 years now. These people really take care of their patience, Danny, Sara and Amanda truly care for everyone. They will not stop working with you and the doctors to be sure you get the best care possible. These people have been the best and if not for the persistence and patience I would probably still be fighting to get fixed. Can't say enough for everything these amazing people have done.
I have been going to Puget Sound Work Injury Clinic since 2022. I have been given the best of care. When my L&I case was closed inappropriately, My doctors helped me get my case reopened. They are caring and kind. I had an issue getting to there offices because my injury means I can't drive and they were patient and kind. Their office staff is kind and compassionate. Do not go here for treatment, the staff is RUDE and have no compassion for their patients. If you want to transfer to another doctor, be prepared for them to make every excuse for taking weeks to send your file over. I eventually resorted to have them print the records which cost 50 cents per page for some reason.
I just finished working with PSC for my LNI claim, which was a total of a year’s time, The doctors were very thorough and compassionate when sharing my pain. They helped me navigate the claim process , which was a huge relief, and were upfront with me about my injury and healing. The office staff was also very helpful in understanding LNI documentation and answering my questions to support the difficult process. Thank you to Danie and the team!!
