They are always accessible, easy to work with, responsive to our requests and queries, and ensure we understand their regular briefings on our status. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
Our account was just handed to this office without our consent because our advisor left abruptly at his firm at another Ameriprise location. Whole ordeal from start to finish was handled so unprofessionally it’s incomprehensible. This management team took fees from our account when they weren’t managing our money! No refund was granted. Unbelievable. Can’t believe you unprofessionals can sleep at night knowing you did this. Gross.
