We had a cash property purchase we were trying to close. Seller refinanced his property and corrupted the title on the lot we were trying to close on. Deanna Allen at Puget Sound sat on this for over a month and could never remember who we were or what this was about. When I sent them an e-mail with an expectation of immediate response and progress, they replied with "I'm sorry, we cannot meet your timeline." They might be great at easy stuff, but don't give them anything difficult. They will waste your time and quit on you.
