Andrew did a fantastic job. Showed up to the appointment on time, diagnosed the issue, overnighted the parts and repaired the next day. Can’t recommend Puget Sound Rigging enough. Will definitely use them again.

I'm extremely happy with the job PSR did on a rigging survey for me. I expected them to climb the mast and look at the condition of the shrouds and such, but they went far beyond. I got a ton of useful info about the running and standing rigging, some really good maintenance items to add, and a hundred great photos from the top of the mast down that will definitely answer some future question ("wait, what model IS the radar unit?"). We recently had our standing rigging and running rigging replaced by PSR. Fantastic to work with through the whole process. Mike came up to Everett and inspected our existing rigging so he could provide the best quote. Once we dropped our boat off with PSR, they kept us updated throughout the whole process.
