THE most comprehensive exam I've ever had. He is very thorough!
I seen Larry on January 8th. Suppose to find another arthritis medication. Called twice no reply. When I seen him he totally acted like I wasn't even there. He Talked to my husband & he didn't even no what he was talking about. So rude. About to fire him.
I really wish I didn't have to write this review because I actually like Dr. Balentine. However, his admin staff is awful and although he has changed staff 3 times in the past two years I have been with him I have decided to get a new rheumatologist. My insurance company requested his authorization on my RA medication back on Feb 9, 2021 and I followed up on Feb 22 2021 even speaking with his admin assistant about the RX and again left a message March 16th. Dr Balentine is very thorough. He's one of the most informative doctors I've seen. He actually is trying to figure out what's really wrong with me. Its refreshing. One of the best doctors I've seen.
I used to see DR Balentine in Bend Or. I've left messages just wanting to know if he still has medical records of any kind that he took with him and how I can get or send a release form. I understand the complaints in the reviews, particularly about the office or administrative staff. They seem to totally ignore anything that isn't immediately pertinent to their daily tasks apparently.
