My pond at 15 years old needed a repair, cleaning and update. Puget Sound Ponds did a wonderful job. They landscaped around the pond added an accent light and changed the total look. Bill was willing to make suggestions and we are so pleased with the final result.
If there was something better than 5 stars, Puget Sound Ponds and Rahul would get it. Rahul is amazing when it came to knowing about the PondMax Pressure filters. If he didn't know something or just wanted to verify, he contacted the distributor and got the answers. Rahul was very quick to answer emails too. This is something other companies could learn from. I had such a positive experience with Puget Sound Ponds! Bill and Raul came out to fix what I thought was a leak and found that it was my liner that was just shifting due to settling of the ground over time. My pond is 10 years old and I never had many issues with it before except for just general maintenance of cleaning. Bill new right away what the problem was and was so helpful and knowledgeable of why my pond had issues. He and Raul fixed the problem in just under 2 hours.
