Dr. Chen and the staff are always great! Thank you all. The only problem I have had is with the billing department. I pay in clinic and have to call them after every appointment. Lately, the first lady found the error and said she'd fix it (she didn't). The second lady didn't understand the problem and after explaining it to the third lady, she said she could mail me a bill.
