My husband sees Jason and he is wonderful, upbeat, positive, and really goes to bat with insurance’s to get what you need, it’s so important when you deal with chronic pain!! I also am impressed with Aimee at the front desk in Covington, she is always upbeat, and really goes the extra mile to help with any concerns, or questions. Aimee is a great liaison between patients and Dr.s or coordinators!!!
I appreciate the front desk service and attitude towards me as a patient from those who work at the front desk. I am thankful that I never have to wait too long to see my doctor when I get to my appointment, and I am glad that all the workers are personable.
