They have great understanding for their patients and their needs. They go above and beyond about their patients pain and the right injections! Thanks Dr. Koogler and Hussey.

The receptionist was very helpful. The PA was very informational as to what was going to happen n Dr. Chen was very intuitive to my issues and concerns n focused on me as a whole person (which I really appreciated) not just the one area of current concern. Overall I'm very satisfied with my initial appt and am looking forward to working with Dr Chen n his team!
Staff in this location is excellent. Great Dr. etc. Parking not great if you need handicapped, one spot. My biggest thing is how dirty this place was. Carpet in hallway, filthy. Walls smudged with dirt in hall. Exam rooms ok. But the worst was the bathroom, omg. No one expects an office to be the Hilton but keep a place dirt and filth free. Makes no sense as the other location I've been to is not like this.
