My medical treatment is excellent. Steven Wheeler has a great bedside manner. Very professional, and a great listener with great advice. PSPC billing department needs to improve. I make a copayment every month, but somehow at first of the year I owed two previous payments. I don’t keep very good records so I can’t dispute it. Keep your receipts.!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen. I've been suffering with low back pain for many years and have seen many Dr's. He has been the first Dr I've seen that has explained to me what is causing my pain. He is suggesting some alternative care for me other than pain medication. Every Dr I've seen has told me there is nothing that can be done and just prescribed pain medication. I do not wish to take pain medication and looking forward to relieving my pain without them.
