Jason Hussey and supporting staff are 5 star! I will always choose to remain with the absolutely best care possible with my providers. However , communication has been an ongoing long term huge frustration. Impossible to contact anyone via phone unless 5% chance someone answers, otherwise calls go to a call center and usually do not hear back for days or weeks. New Doctor Plan app communication system is a failure. Office staff and myself have worked in person and via phone, system has failed to send emails to allow access. ... read more
Dr. Jason Hussey has been my doctor for a few years now and he is amazing! He listens and allows you to ask as many questions as needed. He takes time to go over everything with his patients and I appreciate that very much. I had a previous doctor at Puget Sound Pain Clinic and I was not happy with that doctor so I decided to change and I am so happy I did because Dr. Hussey has helped me very much with my health issues and concerns. I recommend PSPC to anyone needing help with pain management!!
The doctors are very time limited, it becomes obvious after a while, but they and staff are very respectful. The HEALOW app they use is pretty much worthless. I do not get messages unless I send it again. Still waiting for an answer to have human person call me. Getting older…time ticks by. Don’t expect to get through to a KNOWLEDGEABLE, MEDICAL STAFF PERSON if you call to any office - it’s probably not going to happen. It is rare and over the past few months has never happened.
