Customer service is out the window at this place. I was charged $20 for a ten minute conversation that involved me explaining to him why my brakes were not performing well. No service was ever done to my bike, all he did was point out what I had explained to him. So if you think you might stop by this place and ask for some advice be ready to open up your wallet because that is the only way he will give you the keys back.
