Great doctor
Excellent service! Tammy the Audiologist helped me years ago, and was just as helpful and pleasant this time. Allie Burke, Au.D, is always lovely; helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so excited to receive my newest Hearing Aids from Puget Sound Hearing and Audiology, now AudioNova in Enumclaw!
Unfortunately not Deaf/hard of hearing friendly. The staff will not follow through with set communication plan when asked to text or email for communication. They agreed in person and yet refuse to email or text. I arrived on set scheduled time, the place is closed. I realized this is closed more often than not. Not conducive to trouble shooting in the moment when needed during a set time of office hours.
