Failure to deliver Contracted for 4 windows in Sept 2010. Told by PSG owner they would be installed in 4-8 weeks. No update from owner until contacted by me first week of Dec. Told by owner windows would be installed on Dec 30, 2010 in order to take advantage of tax credit.
