TLDR: PSE prive energy price gouges and has awful customer service. You have no choice but to use them but they are incompetent and greedy. They take advantage of no market competition and laugh at the little guy. PSE is the worst. The price hikes with no warning is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful and with no competition they have 0 insensitive to be better. PAE becomes a scammer or rogue. For a construction task, the builder/developer/contractor shall bear the cost. Yet PSE keeps harassing the previous owner who performed only the Preliminary design who didn’t even had clearing permit and, sold the property 4 yr 1 mo ago. PSE Keeps going round and round after the previous land owner, like a detective. Why not go after the Builder/Developer who modified the design, and conducted ALL construction activities….? Justine the tech came out and was great, our home is split into multiple levels with individual meters and it’s hard to coordinate with all the people but he managed to do that and get the job done at once. Great guy and appreciate him a lot.
