They did some "updating work" at our property and we had to give them our cell phone number and they distributed the info to every spammer and scammer there is. FU PSE no have to deal with a bunch of spam.
I woke up this morning to no hot water, so I contacted Puget Sound Energy in Puyallup. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and quickly put in a service order for me. Grant arrived much sooner than I expected. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. He found that my pilot light had gone out, explained what could have caused it, and made sure everything was working properly.
