My brother passed away he had set up auto pay for my mother who is disabled the I received a email from them stating payment declined with no explanation what so ever sent them power of attorney forms via email so I could get access to online account they did help me with username still not able to access this is unacceptable totally unacceptable I guess I will need to visit them in person auto pay kinda worthless
Took 5 days to restore power. F electrification. You need a gas generator and natural gas water heater.
Takes forever to restore power. Took them 6 hours. I’m suppose to be taking calls from the ER over night for work and luckily my phone had a little bit percentage left to last me the night but i couldn’t use my computer.
Marked up my yard with red paint without notification. Was told it was water base and would wash right out. Definitely not water based! Sad part is PSE had the wrong address. 3rd time in 8 years.
