Monopoly based customer service. They can shut your power off whenever they want. Nothing you can do. Horrible customer service, website and app. Feels as if the technology they use on the grid, and website is hosted at kmart, in another county.
They shut off my power because THEY had cancelled the wrong house due to someone having the same address but different street name. No warning, no email, no mail to confirm it or else I would have said something. I am extremely disappointed that I have to pay for it when it is the COMPANIES fault!! You cancelled the wrong house now somehow it is my fault when you guys had automatic payments through my bank the whole time. Do better PSE. P.S. I did reach out. Wow.. cant believe after nearly 10 years of residency, the power grid is still trash with even the least bit of harsh weather.
I recently purchased two new rental units and received excellent phone service to set up online accounts. Yesterday, a contractor in my property smelled gas. PSE was on site right away and accessed the property using a lock box, thoroughly inspected the issue, and called twice. (left message and called back to ensure I had received his message and understood what was going on.) Thank you PSE!! You are rock stars!!!
