A vacant house with all its power shut off shouldn’t be generating a bill of $400+ monthly.
Unexpected bill hikes and lack of communication. Without warning my bill jumped up astronomically and customer service couldn’t explain why despite no change in usage. Seems like costs are being passed to the consumer and they are trying to charge you for every penny. Not a lot of options for help to offset cost and they are a monopoly in the area.
TLDR: PSE prive energy price gouges and has awful customer service. You have no choice but to use them but they are incompetent and greedy. They take advantage of no market competition and laugh at the little guy. PSE is the worst. The price hikes with no warning is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful and with no competition they have 0 insensitive to be better. They also bombard you with "Flex Event" notifications, but even if you are "in the top three of homes in your area" you get no discount, no anything. Just "h... read more
