Thank you for no notifications for bills after moving out of apartment until you sent it to collections. Thank you for damaging my CR because your system is designed to be predatory. Paying utilities for an apartment I no longer live in is criminal. Your greed sickens me. Don't bother trying to give me a contact. I already reached out and your "Policy" doesn't allow for corrections.
Power outage at 345am May 13; vegetation again. 7am update has restoration by 10am which came amd went. Another update with restoration by 2pm. 315p i called and spoke with PSE Rep who told me his system shows it is fixed and pwr will be on soon. Not. 330pm with another restoration at 7pm. Now it is 815pm no power and another update showing restoration by 7pm!!! There is NOT a crew in site. System status is auto generated. This is unreal. TLDR: PSE prive energy price gouges and has awful customer service. You have no choice but to use them but they are incompetent and greedy. They take advantage of no market competition and laugh at the little guy. PSE is the worst. The price hikes with no warning is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful and with no competition they have 0 insensitive to be better. They also bombard you with "Flex Event" notifications, but even if you are "in the top three of homes in your area" you get no discount, no anything. Just "h... read more
We've had a small gas leak in our utility room that has a furnace and water heater for almost a year now but everytime we had a someone (contractors, HVAC companies, etc) look at it, they could not find the issue despite smelling something. They even use the ppm detector to see if there is a leak and all those times it just returned negative. They all shrugged it off as left over residue from the furnace.
