Moved down south from Everett. I needed a new Endo....the front desk said they need a referral so they don't waste Their time. The rep could not tell me what documentation they need for an existing condition. My insurance covers it and I'm still confused why they won't make an appointment. Moving on.
Visited this clinic one time. Front office staff was friendly and courteous. Based on blood work results I forwarded to the clinic in advance, the doctor immediately ruled out the issue I suspected and explained why, which was helpful, but didn't provide any further suggestions, which was disappointing. I was only really disappointed when I received the bill, which they initially failed to send through my insurance. Almost $500 for barely a 10 minute conversation? Even in American that seemed excessive.
