I'm very pleased with the high quality of work done by Artur of replacing our automatic gate openers. When Artur came to inspect the gates before providing the quote, he took the trouble to figure out how to get a keypad we have that operates the gate working. Other companies I called for a quote said they couldn't make it work. He also was able to provide us the option of getting hydraulic gate openers that other companies didn't give. A few days ago one of our swing gates stopped working. Calls to several businesses were made, but Artur of Puget Sound Electric said he would come by tonight, because he was leaving on vacation tomorrow. He came as promised, checked the electrical connections in a step-wise fashion, and then had me try the gate, which worked. He charged me only the cost of gas, and suggested that if the problem happened again that he would only replace the motor arms, not the entire gate complex. A few year's ago we decided we wanted to have an automatic gate installed... I called around and quickly realized two things 1) There was one big player who was not very good at returning calls and said it would be 9 months to a year before they could get started 2) and then a variety of smaller companies with hugely varying reputations and levels of service. Puget Sound Electric Gates and Fences LLC did a phenomenal job for my family and I. I had an issue with the previous contractor who did the original install. Artur the gate technician from PSEG had a rapid response time to come out and diagnose what was wrong with my liftmaster gate opener system. He informed me of what parts I needed and was back within a week once he was able to get the parts to repair my gate opener system.
