I had scheduled an appointment for transmission service a week out because they were busy. The next day my starter quit and I was stranded in a parking lot. Even though they were packed they took my car in anyway. They were so busy the tow driver left my car off property and all of the mechanics went and pushed it in the garage. Then they fixed it by first thing next morning and even helped me find a discount, as I am disabled and not able to afford much and someone else was paying it for me. RecommendedRecently got some work down on my car and the service was done so quickly it was great . The new owners were very friendly and explained everything my car needed and also gave me a list of stuff that I should keep an eye on . I appreciated the honesty and knowing what needed to be done right away and what could wait to be done .
Allen and Brenda are great, down-to-earth people. Allen is an honest, extremely knowledgeable mechanic. Working on my older Dakota Sport in 2018, I needed an obscure module which I paid for replacement. It turns out the only one available was refurbished (not new) and in Florida! He refunded the cost difference to me and got the job done. Not every mechanic is that honest. Don't waste your time looking for a better mechanic in Kitsap County. *** ** Port Orchard
Great people, great service at a reasonable price.
These guys will rip you off and charge you for stuff that that doesn't even need to be done. I lost about $1000 and they never fixed the issue so I had to take it to another shop in town. They are rude and very dishonest and lack integrity. Avoid them.
