Rip off! I brought my vehicle in for new brakes and when I picked it up I was told that I had new brakes all around and my rotors turned and bearings repacked. The truth of the matter was, they threw new pads on, didn't turn my rotors and my car is now at another shop costing 600 for new rotors! I would not recommend going here unless you have alot of money to throw away!
True diagnosis experts Our car slid on an icy road into a curb. Another shop got the car driveable again, but couldn't fix a front-end clunk. After 3 visits, I gave up on them and sought a specialist: Puget Sound Alignment (24441 Pacific Highway S, Kent). During a ten minute test drive PSA's Mark the Mechanic (and owner?) diagnosed the problem that had eluded the other shop. Vehicle Alignment When my tires started to wearing on the inside I went in and they did a diagnostice check on my vehicle and made an appointment to do the work. They finished when promised within the quoted estimate. I was very pleased with the work they did.
