Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Old style, neighborhood -style service where people talk to you and actually answer the phone!
Bought a Suzuki 9.9 outboard there in 2019. Best outboard I've ever had! Now back for one with electric lift. I've had excellent service and help from Charlie and the rest of the staff. This is a great local family-owned business.
I found the service to be excellent, low pressure, and most of all accommodating. As I long time boater (who has had their share of boat service issues), I was confident that what I was being told was honest and fair.
