We had Pugent Fence install this doggie fence in our yard. We absolutely love it. The install was a bit delayed because of a drainage issue we had to address right when the install was scheduled. Pugent worked around the issue to get most of the fence done, and then fit us back in to their already booked schedule to get the fence done in a timely manner. I had recently purchased some cedar from a local lumber yard which I did not notice it was dirty with gunk. My friend told me that puget fence carries a product that cleans cedar and it environmentally friendly! Puget Fence absolutely blew this install out the water. I had about 250LF of their higher quality fence installed around my property and spent quite a bit for it but it was worth every penny. Completely changed the look and feel of the back and front yard of my home. The guys were very punctual about being on time, they came both days right around 8-8:30am. This company pieced together scrap pieces side by side instead of full 5 1/2" wide boards. In one place they used 1 small piece where a full board would have fit. In another they placed a scrap piece directly next to a full board. For what reason I do not know. What I do know is that it completely ruins the pattern of the fence. I had requested an estimate from Puget Fence several weeks ago and had a negative experience. Following that review, I had a chance to speak with the owner about the experience. There were misunderstandings on both sides as well as a lack of experience with the person I had spoken too.
