“Very poor service, expensive and the job was done badly — not clean at all. We asked for an explanation and they responded rudely. I do not recommend it.
Absolute crooks. We were quoted $850 for a bond clean; they arrive on the day and say it will be $1200 instead. Given the timing of the end of the lease, we had no choice. Later, I was told by my neighbour there was one person cleaning for about 4 hours. The cleaning was very average. They came recommended by the property manager— there's a special place in hell for individuals who scam renters. Shame on Pug Cleaning.
