I started going to Puffy's a few years ago and never looked back! Being a single women, John is kind and very fair; I never have to worry that he is taking advantage of me! If you're looking for an honest mechanic, John is your man and Puffy's is your place.
Puffy's Center Service is the best place for car repair! John is a unique human being. Honest. Reliable. Stands behind his work. I can't say enough about how positive our experience has been time after time after time. Two years ago we got 4 new tires. About 6 months later, I drove over a screw. He patched it right away and wouldn't take a dime! One year ago he replaced our brakes. They just started making noises so we brought it in. John is a trustworthy mechanic. He knows what he is doing and I can always count on him when something goes wrong with my vehicle.
John is very knowledgeable and explains necessary repairs/maintenance thoroughly. Fair with suggestions vs requirements.
Puffy’s shop is great. He easily sorted out electric issues on my 2006 Tacoma. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing, there was absolutely no funny stuff. If and/or when needed, I’d happily return to Puffy’s shop!
