I just received my 3rd and 4th bespoke case and ,as usual, the product is of very high quality. I had inadvertently forgotten to order bases for these last two cases, the matter was quickly delt with and my bases arrived the following day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality product. Thanks Puffin, I look forward to future purchases (One in my basket ready to order)

Can't fault this at all, it arrived pretty quiickly, well packaged and everything to specified dimensions. Defintiely better quality than i've seen at some other places and nice solid edges too.

Blown away by how good the service was over the festive period when most people shut. Fay was excellent and managed to get a small acrylic box made for an emergency then sent out in the same day. Arrived with a day to spare! Great quality too.
