Overall I had a very positive experience with Puffin Plastics. I was initially unhappy with the boxes I received but Max from Puffin Plastics was very quick to send me new boxes that were perfect.

I ordered two of the Vertical Cricket Bat Wall Holders from this site. Unfortunately, the bottom mounts were too small, so I asked for advice on how I might expand the mounts. Max couldn't have been more helpful, or generous, in that, instead of offering the advice, he simply asked me how big the mounts needed to be, and promptly sent me another pair of bottom mounts, at no extra cost. I would happily order from Puffin Plastics again.

Used Puffin Plastics for a commercial order of a number of vinyl wrapped custom boxes. We were helped wonderfully through the process by Max and he resolved issues and queries prompt and reassuringly. Highly recommend.

Ordered on 6th August, arrived 20th August. The display case is well made. I love that I was able to give my dimensions and they made it to fit my item, I wouldn't have been able to find the correct size otherwise. It came fully assembled, you just lift the box off the base. It will have Pride of place in my collection. I will definitely use Puffin Plastics again. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic. Ordered a custom case in September 2023 for a Numskull Savathûn figure and it fit perfectly and I've have had no issues with it since. Definitely ordering again!
