I have a decent number of watches and George makes it an easy decision to come to him for adjustments and batteries. He's friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. I highly recommend Puffin.
Puffin is a good jewelry shop. The family/owners are very cordial. They’ve done quality work on every piece I’ve brought in. Only small complaint - don’t expect to get things fast. For example watch band resizing/link removal. Took almost a week to get my watch back for just removing two links. I’ve had other jewelers do that within ~30 mins They must be really busy.
