I ordered 4 panels 3 days before this delivery and it still had t arrived. I Realised I had under ordered so ordered another 1 panel 3 days after the first order. The one panel was delivered first and I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for the first 4 panels to be delivered and now my builder has left as i was told there was nothing you could do to improve on the two weeks. How did the panel I ordered last arrive before the other 4.
Top notch. The best price on the internet by a long way for a Wetwall Alloy panel (and over £100 less than a major high street diy store that rhymes with “Pickes”). The panel was delivered safe and sound within 3 business days. I had a query which I sent by live chat and they phoned me a few minutes later and resolved my query. 100% recommended and will use again when I redo the bathroom!!
I don’t ever leave reviews but in this instance, felt compelled to do so as the customer service from Puffin Bathrooms was so good, it should be stated. Great communication, great service and good prices. Could not praise them enough.
Really Bad communication from Puffin Bathrooms. Delivery cost very expensive at£45.00 and still do not have my items after an week . No tracking number provided and they do not answer calls or emails ! Never buy from them again!
Shocking service. Ordered over a month ago, no updates, always have to chase to be told it’s out for delivery… for 4 weeks!? Still not delivered. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
