An amazingly patience and helpful seller who is always quick to respond. Trustworthy & awesome seller, never had doubt that my items will not be received. I placed an order 7 days ago and decided to follow up after not having received any shipping information. It turns out that they weren't able to "fulfill my order" and were refunding my money. I'm curious to know when they would have given me this information had I not contacted them first 🤔 Giving them 2 stars because they at least refunded my money immediately. However, the transaction was pretty disappointing to say the least.
I came across this store browsing the internet around for some Tokidoki, Sanrio and Jujube products. I browsed the store for a while and fell in love with its inventory. Upon reading good reviews I decided to place my first order, and I have to say BEST DECISION EVER! Shipping is VERY FAST and the items are 100% authentic. Customer service is great, too! They're very polite. Love this store! I will be buying from them again for sure! A+ <3
