Every now and then you come across someone that is so good at their craft that it turns a retail transaction into a whole new level. THAT describes my visit to PUFF LOVE and meeting McCy. She made the whole thing seem like I had someone on my side. She asked me questions. More importantly, she listened, I mean really listened to me. I trusted her from that moment on.
