I had an awesome experience at this smoke shop. The store was super clean, well organized, and had a huge selection of products. What really made the visit stand out, though, was Haley behind the counter. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Liz was seriously so sweet and helpful! She gave me some great recommendations and was just really easy to talk to. The store was super clean, well organized, and had a great selection, which made everything easy to find.

A manager named Abby told me about this place when I asked for referrals for vape products. Sure enough I walked into the store and they not only had plenty but they had excellent customer service. This is the absolute best shop ever. I’m grateful for her recommendation.!!!

Puff Love is super clean, well stocked, and has a huge variety without feeling overwhelming. Angelika was awesome — very welcoming, patient, and actually helpful when it came to recommendations. You can tell they care about customer experience here. Great prices, great atmosphere, and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

When I first moved to Dallas I didn't know anyone and The employees at Puff Love made me feel like family! At the time Leanne was working at the store she is awsome, now she is a general manager and she deserves it! Then I met Kinsley she is the manager of the store now and has helped me a lot with everything she is amazing! Very professional and understanding I have nothing but good things to say about Kinsley and Puff Love!! Thank y'all so much! 🙏
