Incredible Customer Service Alert!! Allison was incredible. I had some questions, looking for something in particular. Didn’t have it. Genuine customer service/experience is something that is hard to find these days! Allison deserves a CONGRATS!

I was nervous about shopping at a new smoke shop, but after Sam L's customer service, this will be my new go to! Sam was very helpful as I had lot of questions. She explained everything and was happy to do it . Very nice and friendly girl . We need more people like her these days! She also kept the store very clean and welcoming looking. I just got good vibes all around from the experience. Definitely recommend this store to everyone!

Always impressed with the quality of their products, and the team is incredibly supportive. Maddi, in particular, has been friendly and guided us well with flavor choices. We consistently get great products at budget-friendly prices. Truly recommended.
