Incredible Customer Service Alert!! Allison was incredible. I had some questions, looking for something in particular. Didn’t have it. Genuine customer service/experience is something that is hard to find these days! Allison deserves a CONGRATS!
I love that this location is 24 hours! The store is well taken care of and the staff is always so welcoming. Ask for Mikayla, she has a lot of knowledge to help find the right product for you. I tell her my issues and she finds the perfect remedy each time! Great shop with great people!
I walked in reading the reviews and they were all accurate! I have been to the 24 hour location a while back but this was my first time here and I was greeted and helped by Amanda. I came to by hookah flavors and usually like to go to places that have knowledgeable employees and Amanda is a rare breed. She showed me the selection and was super knowledgeable about the flavors and ill be coming here more often, shes super nice, friendly and got to say Puff Love got a gem of an employee!!!
This is my go to store for vapes and realized I have never given them the 5 stars they deserve. Team is awesome and always welcoming. Apryl helped me out this time and was very informative. Highly recommend Puff Love.
We just love love love Allison,Makayla, the manager...shucks..the whole staff. They are very very nice and ALWAYS ready to help us. I am older so I need a little patience and these girls are AWESOME!!!!
