Im very upset and dissapointed i made a order about 2 weeks ago and i still havent recived my order. Ive tried to communicate with them and they wont answer my call. They also wont allow me to track my package. i will never purchase another puff king item ever!!
Would have given a better rating if my online order that was placed over a week ago had been shipped. Money was taken from my account right away too. If I knew that it would take more than a week just to leave CA I would not have bothered. Not only that but I can't get ahold of anyone. Have tried for 2 days no call back and no email returned. I would love a refund at this point if someone could contact me back. Has now been 2 weeks and cannot get ahold of anyone and nobody has contacted me in return. Will be taking legal act... read more
