About this business
The history of our agency is a long and varied one. Bill Voellinger started the original agency in 1922. Later in 1950, William Pufalt purchased The Voellinger Agency and was later joined in business by James Pauley in 1973. Ten years later, the two agents formed the new agency called Pufalt-Pauley Insurance Agency. Bill Pufalt later retired and sold his share of the business to James. In 1984, Jim's brother Danny Pauley joined the agency, followed by Jim's daughter Lisa Hood in 2000.
