We moved here in March 2024, and we love it. Management is great, very helpful, yet not overreaching. The park itself is quiet and clean, nicely landscaped and maintained, and the neighbors are friendly without being nosey. We enjoy watching the local turkey and deer families mosey through. The only thing I wish there were was more community activities. And, a clubhouse so we can get together for classes or special holidays.

We're glad we moved here(10 years in 2024)!! Best mobile home park in Coos County, standards are high, have to pass a back ground check, all ages, quite, secure and you have to maintain your lots. Management (MIKE) and maintenance crew(Mark&Hank) are great! Elderly, pet, and kid friendly. AFFORDABLE housing. Friendly and pleasant mobile home park to live in. Close to medical facilities, shopping, schools, wildlife,and beaches.
