The jet skis themselves were fun and the water team/guides were cool—but management/owner is NOT accommodating. My info wasn’t in their system correctly, so I didn’t get any texts or emails about the process. Because of this, I was misinformed about the arrival time and still penalized with steep rebooking fees. Jetski was fun it was $89 per person for 30 minutes (a bit overpriced but I was okay with that) the reason for the low review is that we had to wait an hour for our tour to start. We got there around 2:30 and the first thing I asked before booking was at what time the next tour would leave and they assured me they had a 2:30 tour that was about to leave. We had to leave Luquillo by 3:45 because we had another thing booked in San Juan and wanted to make it in time. We payed and signed all waivers within the first 10 minutes. ... read more
