They have an AWEFUL service. I have been calling the office for more than a week, and they do not answer the phone. They just put attention to new customers to take the money from them. Don't fall in their game. I have a leak in my roof (still under warranty) that is now damaging a wall. I have been trying to reach them for more than week and still no call back. It would be nice if they'd answer the phone or return calls. All I ever get is their answering service. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They took $22,000.00 upfront from my 85 year old grandmother. Its been 6 months and they DO NOT Answer the phone. The one time they did answer they said the "supplier" didnt have the roof tiles. Yet the rest of the neighbors that are putting the exact same roof tile got their roof complete in 2 months. I had my roof completely redone by Puente Roofing and I am 100% satisfy. Got several estimates and their price was very reasonable. Their work very professional and on time.
