I finally found a place that I can trust. My Golf R was having a little issue for a couple of months, where the oil pressure light would randomly come on, while I was driving. I went to a few other VW dealers before, but after wasting my time and money the problem wasn't fixed. One of my friends recommended the Volkswagen dealer at Puente Hills, because he likes this german technician that works there.So I gave it a try. Do check your oil condition after getting the oil change/oil consumption test done(Supposedly drain oil?). And ask them to list all the services done on the paper. Even other vw service provider was skeptical of all the warrenty covered services done from this location being unclear on the records.
Overall I feel like there was a lack of care for the car. Upon return, trash was left in my car, my steering wheel wasn't protected and was covered in dirt and auto grease, and my car was returned at 30% battery!! Never been to a dealer that cares so little about a customer's vehicle. Every other VW in this region at least has the smallest modem of respect to keep the interior clean and go above my giving it a wash before return. Expensive for a simple oil change, and it took about 6 1/2 hours to get it done, with appointment. At took me way less time to look for a car in the lot and buy it. In definitely done here.
