Terrible service experience! I came to this shop for an oil and filter change, and I specifically requested a tire rotation. However, a week later, I realized they never actually did the tire rotation. I know this because my rear right wheel had a noticeable scratch before the service, and after the supposed rotation, the scratch was still in the exact same spot.
