Told about 45 minutes wait time, but it was over 2 hours.
Always have some issue here, went to get a catalytic converter replaced for a recall only no other requests, and for some reason they left all the contents in my glove compartment on the floor of my vehicle very unprofessional
Came for my scheduled maintainence at 3:40pm on 9/27, and it is a appointment that was made earlier and confirmed. Arrived on time and a guy came out to tell me that “they aren’t taking anymore cars”. Confused as I should be- I told him I have an appointment, and he say techs left without telling them and they can’t take anymore cars. So techs can just walk about and not let managers know?
