I got a multipoint inspection (including an oil check & top off) as well as a check in my suspension & brakes. The advisor assigned to me gave me incorrect pick up date for my vehicle and failed to inform me that certain services were necessary. They also did not top off my oil as it has been 2 months since they had my car and I got a low oil warning.
I went in a busy Saturday and got my car’s service done in a reasonable time. Overall the customer service was communicative as friendly. I appreciate how they explained things and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
Told about 45 minutes wait time, but it was over 2 hours.
