Eddy A was a hero for me last week. My AC was broken and my warranty company was giving me a lot of issues. He helped me out big time, fixed all the problems that he could with my car under my warranty and made me feel cared for. It was a multiple day epic and without him my car would probably still have a broken AC! Also props to Kevin. After my experience here I will probably buy my next Subaru from this dealership. Thanks for everything! (Need better snacks in the waiting room)
By far the worst Subaru service experience I've ever had. Arrived at 1110. Walked into the service department abd was told to wait by my car. 10 minutes later, someone finally greeted us, checked us in and said to wait outside for a service rep. 20 minutes later, someone finally showed up. Another 15 minutes of them trying to figure out what our service plan was and I ran out of time. So 45 minutes wasted without an apology. The reason I give one star because I am doing a DIY CVT fluid change at home and need 5qt CVTF-III fluid. The fluid MSRP is 20.19 USD ea but Puente Hill Subaru Parts give me price is about 30 USD ea after discount. I found same fluid from Subaru Orange coast dealer with 16 USD ea and total cost including shipping is 100USD. I don't understand why they sell parts higher than MSRP.
