Super clean, fast, and friendly service!
Stopped in yesterday while visiting from London ON. Have been following on Instagram for 7 yrs and it was a goal to go. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed like family and treated as such. Tina and Luis were very professional in answering all our questions. All the staff took the time to say hello and acknowledge us. We are so excited to come back in April. Worst piercing experience I've had. Got a vertical labret done & i shouldve known to not get it done here when the piercer asked me to show them what piercing that was. Piercing was not centered & piercer dropped the ball to my piercing on the floor, picked it up & cleaned it & put it on instead of opening a new one. Also stabbed me in the chin with the needle after it went through my lip. Went back a week later to talk about it not being centered & was told "it is centered" but anyone with eyes could tell how off it was. Wa... read more
