Terrible all the way around. Used to be good when Doc Preston was there but now it’s just as trashy as the rest of Pueblo. They will not answer the phone, they will not return calls, they lose results, and randomly charge you for just about anything they can find. 0 bedside manner either. Why does anyone go here? We are transferring to the Springs for primary care. Would much rather drive up there than deal with these folks.
This Doctors office would not accept my Digital ID but stated they where going to scan a physical ID into the computer. Every doctors office, Dentist or urgent care accepted an emailed ID. It's 2025 your should be able to use your Colorado issued Digital ID.
This is the best place to get a doctor in PuebIo love it they help me so much they always care about what they do.
Would give negative stars if I could. First time patient called in and got scheduled a month out. Marked it on my calendar, got busy with life and missed the appointment. Called in the following Monday and got told because I no called no showed( your a drs office not a job) I got put on the inactive list. Again prolonging any heath and care I might need... shut this place down do not go here rude and unprofessional
I am a new patient here - I saw Shelby today and it was the best primary care apt I have had in a long time. The front desk staff was wonderful, attentive and kind and the space was clean. Shelby spent time with me and listened. She was knowledgeable and solution oriented, so glad I found this place!
