I took my truck in for an alignment, I had been having trouble with the door lock mechanism sticking. I told them this when I dropped the vehicle off. I told them, if they had trouble shutting the door just to lift the lock by hand . it would shut. Not very difficult instructions. Long story short when I picked up my truck the door was wide open, my battery was dead, and the inside door panel cracked and broken. I went inside and they acted like nothing.
