I would give ZERO stars if that were possible. Love the vets and have been taking my girl there since 2015 BUT...the front desk staff, Kristen Huddleston, Britney and whoever the little blonde thing with the mohawk vet tech who thinks she's Kristens bodyguard, are all just plain out and down right RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! My main issue is their office manager every time! She is truly unprofessional and rude in every way. She complained that I need to only see them with my dogs, yet they always say they are too busy, but we went ahead and moved them all to them and now they complained they were too busy to see them all there again! Ugh! They don’t keep track well of who you have on your account and said I had way more dogs on there than we actually have! . A month ago we found a stray 2 month old puppy across from Amy’s Donuts in the ‘Springs’. I couldn’t just leave it. Also a month ago I stopped at a vet nearby my home for convenience only not because I knew or trust them. At first, an emergency or walk in visit was 60+ for a visit. That was my first red flag.
