Appointment was set for noon to 1pm on a Thursday. The door sign says open Mon-Fir 9am -5pm. Noone is in the office. When we messaged why they responded the lab person will be there from 1pm to 7pm. We drove 2 1/2 hours for this appointment! This is the absolute worst place ever for caring about patients. It took 10 to 11 months to get a pair of hearing aids and they have yet to work correctly for more than a week.
My 94 yr old mother has had nothing but issues from rudeness from the Audiologist to the hearing aid breaking several times and now the Incorrect replacement was sent.
I purchased my latest hearing aids at the Canon City office of Pueblo Hearing Aids. Shad and Bri are a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional and courteous. My latest hearing aids are truly amazing and I am so happy I purchased them.
