I was looking for my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee and this was the place to come back to. I called Kenny whom I delt with the last time. He told me to come on down and he'll make me a great deal, and he wasn't lying. I was greeted by Brandon, the salesman. I told him I was interested in another used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Changing my review. I always took my car here. Before this place decided to charge me for an oil change that I NEVER got. Mike assured me it was done but oil doesn't just randomly disappear from a car and Dodge NEVER reported they did the oil change. My consumption test showed no oil consumption even though Mike tried to tell me that my engine has those problems instead of taking accountability for their negligence.
