The staff was so friendly and caring. My precious pixie was sick on the 4 th of July and they did everything possible to comfort her and me both. They take their time with the pets and they show sincere and care for the animals
Y’all kept my husband and very sick puppy waiting for 2 hours out in the truck he was the first to sign in right at 6pm during that 2 hours he had diarrhea in the truck as soon as they got inside he threw up blood and they realized his temp is 106 so they have ice packs on him now I'm so pissed right now this was after he was sent away yesterday because he was “fine” after he had been throwing up all day when we knew he had been exposed to parvo and today he is dead. RecommendedMy little girl Heidi was attacked by a neighbors dog and had to have surgery at midnight, the staff was very professional and attentive and did a great job with my little one. They called to see how she was doing 48 hrs after surgery. it's been a little over a week ago and she will get her stitches out in a couple more days. 4 visits over the last several years with 3 different dogs, and we've always had great results
DO NOT GO HERE! MY DOG WAS ATTACKED BY A MOUNTAIN LION AND THEY WERE CONTENT TO LET HIM BLEED OUT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK! THE CAT HAD ALSO BROKEN SOME RIBS AND HIS BREATHING WAS HORRIBLY LABORED. NO ONE EVEN CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT HIM FOR NEARLY THREE HOURS. THIS IS NOT CARE! IT WAS THE WORST CASE OF CRUELTY I HAVE EVER SEEN BY SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS. PLEASE! GO TO COLORADO SPRINGS LIKE THE PUEBLO VETS RECOMMEND. 5520 N. NEVADA AVE.
Highly recommend. Staff was caring, quick to help our sick kitten in an emergency, took great care of her & coordinated the transfer to our regular Vet the next morning. We would absolutely bring our pets here again in the future for after hours emergency care.

Unfortunately my fur baby was too sick to make it, but the staff were amazing, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care they gave my dog and myself during this very difficult time.
I brought an abandoned kitten in that wasn't well & near death. As you can see, Leo is now thriving with their care & quick work to save him!
