Good customer service
Absolutely wonderful people who truly care about your pet
The veterinarians and nurses (assistants?) are all extremely nice. They handle your pets with care and make them feel comfortable. The only bad thing is that the line gets ungodly long if you don't get there literally the minute they open. Even 5 minutes later you'll be waiting, but it's worth it for the service. Sort of a sad story, but a man came in with his dog, who had a large tumor on his face, when I was checking in last time. The man was crying, and I was able to infer why he was there.
