I tired to order 2 piece white meat from Grubhub and was met with an extremely rude worker from this pudgies location calling to tell me she won’t turn on the oven to make my order. She than started to scream at me over the phone because I said it was crazy to offer a product and than refuse to make said product. She than refused to cancel my order from her end and attempted to block me from getting a refund. Shame on this worker because Pudgies is great food but not if the workers are too lazy to do their jobs!!

Ordered a piece of fish listed at $8 at the counter and I paid cash. Was charged an extra fee. Bill came out to $12.83.

Have never had issues here before, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be returning. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered two 3-piece chicken lunches today, arrived home to find that we were missing one of the sides and 2 sodas. Tried to call back to ask about the missing food to see if we could come back and pick it up, but the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She was screaming at us and telling us that we are lying, that she gave us the food. After trying to speak to her, she would not hear us out... read more
