Pool pump died I called five companies. Zack answered first. It’s an old pool and the pump for the Desjoyeau block system is not available anymore. Zack came up with the idea of using a hot tub pool pump instead. The operation required a lot of of modification, but they got it done and the pool pump is running great now. Thanks so much Zack and your crew. And by the way, their Electrician team of Dave and steve were outstanding correcting an electrical issue. A photo shows Dave and Steve working on the problem.
Puddle pool was the most satisfying swimming facility I've ever experienced. Above all, I could genuinely feel that they truly care about and prioritize their customers. I'm especially grateful that they helped make my daughter's birthday party a success—something we could have easily missed without their support. If you're looking for a kind, customer-oriented, and reliable swimming facility, I highly recommend this place!
Fantastic service!!! Two hours after my first contact call my pool was fixed!! The technician was wonderful, even showing me how to do a few easy fixes by myself for future. 100% recommend!!!
