We contacted them to replace our spa pump; they immediately replied and services our hottub the next day! The technician (Richard) was courteous, called an hour before his arrival, professional and respectful of our home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks again!

Pool sprung a leak in August and, by the middle of September, Richard and the gang at Puddle had assessed , recommended a plan for replacement of the liner and the water lines and all equipment for our 35 year old pool and had the job completed to our entire satisfaction. The final cost was reasonable and less than we had expected.
We recently had Puddle Pool to our place to close down our pool for the winter - The service was quick and very professional. we will definitely have them back!
Used Puddle for winterizing in-ground pool. They were fast, professional, and had excellent communication for a very competitive price. Definitely recommend!
