Pretty easy to write a 5 star review when everything goes smoothly and there are no issues. That was not our experience with Puddle Pools because we had two issues that did not go according to plan. Both issues were resolved promptly and at our time frame, which when you are dealing with a pool company in June and July, that is great service. Their staff were very hard working and knowledgeable and are the reason for this review. Thanks again. Mike and Judy
Puddle Pools and our landscaper turned our backyard into a resort. The crew from Puddle did top notch work again for us. They do open close for us and last year caught something wrong that was concerning from my last company. Yesterday they stayed late to install the pool liner before the holiday. Top notch service and great pricing. Would highly recommend.
I am a fairly handy person, but my pool was causing extra problems with multiple leaks that I attempted to seal, and to no avail. One day I saw a pool service truck with the name and logo, Puddle Pool Services. It was fate that brought us together and with one call to James an appointment was set and then Richard appeared on site that day and within very short order, my pool leaks were gone and my pool season opened! If you have pool issues... James, Richard and team are the pros you need to call!
We hired Puddle Pool Services to clean and service our hot tub and they did an amazing job. We recently purchased a home in Orleans that came with a hot tub and we wanted to have it drained, cleaned, refilled, and treated. We don't know anything about hot tubs and Anthony (the service rep) was extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
