I originally called these guys on Tuesday morning and they said they would call me back on Wednesday never called me back. I called them back Wednesday afternoon. They said they would call me back on Thursday never called me back. I understand it’s a busy time but I do own a business and it’s very easy to make one phone callwithin four days.
I was very happy with the service received from Kat at Puddle Pools. It was the first time I had used the company and it was peak-summer. Despite that, my call was replied to quickly and a visit to view the pool soon followed. The problem was discussed in order to isolate the issue and the remedy proposed, which has eliminated the issue.
