This company is so different than the other pool companies I’ve used. We receive an email every service they do. Nice to know the pool and hot tub are being taken care of when we are out of town on holidays.
Amazing service every time. We have our in ground pool & hot tub cared for by Puddle Pools. A detailed report is provided with every service. They’ve also replaced our pool liner and other fixes along the way. Excellent team of experts.
I called Puddle Pools to replace my circulation pump after calling around for other quotes and was told by another company that it would take five days to get the part that I needed. I didn’t want my pool sitting idle, especially in summer heat without circulation, so Rav came on his day off to get it done. He was super professional and very friendly as well. Awesome service. I will definitely use them for my pool stuff going forward. Thanks 😊
