Working with Sam at Puck's Mechanical was an excellent experience. Managing repairs from out of state for my mom's house sale, I found Sam to be incredibly efficient and responsive. He quickly addressed all electrical and plumbing issues noted in the buyer's inspection, despite a tight timeline. The process was seamless and stress-free. I was really surprised when they answered the phone in the middle of the night. And showed up when he said he would. Had the parts to fix my problem and done, and my cup of coffee was still hot when I went back into my home.
Our ac went out yesterday and we didn't realize the fan to the unit wasn't running until after 930pm. I called pucks close to 11pm and he answered right away. There was a miscommunication on my end and I called him in the morning after he had thought I needed to cancel as another company had said they may be able to make it to me before morning, they never called me back.
