Puckett's HVAC is excellent. They've done a couple of jobs for me including installing a mini-split and moving line-sets. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best in the business. They are very responsive, do great work, and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

I've had the experience with working with Pucketts heating and air. Very unprofessional, negative environment, smoking cannabis on the job, and the work is not quality work. I had to go back and fix alot of their work because they just throw the work up there. Coupling on the outside of the buildings, pinched line sets that they try to just bend back which can cause issues with the systems. I do not recommend this company to anyone. My heat stopped working at 10pm. I called them at 8am and they fit me right in! They came out and instead of just replacing parts to fix it, they took the time to diagnose and repair the issue to keep it budget friendly! Showed and explained step by step of what was being done and it was very cost effective! Thank you guys!!!
