I contacted this company and had them come out to check my hvac system. The technician found that the coil had a leak. They charged me $300 and left and said they would be contacting me regarding the replacement coil. They never called me back, I contacted them numerous times day after day and never heard back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We had all kinds of problems with our HVAC systems and were looking for a company that truly knew what they were doing. Mike inspected our systems and found numerous problems that the last 2 HVAC companies missed. After almost 5 years our HVAC systems are finally functioning properly. Dave , Mike and their entire staff are all true professionals.
We have a York Affinity heat pump in an Insight home. It is under warranty, and we had several issues with the unit. Most were manufacturer QC-related, and some gremlins resulted from missing items from various trades involved in the construction process. Puckett HVAC spent hours debugging these issues and never once blamed either the manufacturer, the plumber, the electrician, or the framer for the difficulties with the unit.
